Yes, who would have thought that Dewy Blush would be a hot for fall? But yes, it is! It has been seen all over the fall runways. DKNY, Carolina Herrera, Prabal Gurung and Ralph Lauren are a few of the designers that used this trend in their runway.
Using a dewy blush will give you a natural flushed cheek. It is great for achieving beautiful, glowing skin.
Below are a few of my favorite blushes that will help you achieve this look-
Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Cheek Gelee $22 – This is an AMAZING product. If you are unfamiliar with Josie Maran – she makes an all organic beauty line that is free of any parabens, sulfates and phthalates. This Gelee comes 6 colors- Coral Oasis, Poppy Paradise, Pink Escape, Gateway Red, Berry Bliss and Honeymoon Honey. This product promises 14 hours of color and is great for the natural, hydrating look.
Illamasqua Cream Blusher $26 – This product comes in 10 shades – Libido, Lies, Promise, Rude, Laid, Crush, Brazen, Seduce, Dixie and Zygomatic. This product is very pigmented so a little goes a long way. You can really build this color and it blends wonderfully.
Stila Convertible Color $25 – This is a great product that doubles as a lipstick and blush. It comes in 8 colors- Lillium, Petunia, Fuchsia, Sweet Pea, Poppy, Peony, Camellia and Gladiola. This blush is super creamy and gives a natural flush to the cheek. It is very lightweight and feels great on the skin.
MAC Cremeblend Blush $21 – This product comes in 7 shades – Ladyblush, So Sweet So Easy, Something Special, Brit Wit, Posey, Tease Your Tastes and Glamour Feasts. I love this blush. I have a few different shades and they are a must-have! They blend great and they have such great pigmentation.
NYX Cosmetics Stick Blush $6 – This is a great cheaper option for the achieving a dewy look. NYX is a great brand and the quality of their makeup is fantastic. I am a big fan of the stick blush. I even like to apply it straight from the tube and use my fingers to blend it out. This is also a great product to travel with. It comes in 8 shades- Magnolia, Pink Lotus, Hibiscus, Tulip, Tea Rose, Orchid, Water Lily and Pink Poppy.
Let me know what your favorite blush is to get that dewy look!
